In this handmade tie workshop I will teach you to make your own tie! Perfect for sons, boyfriends, husbands, brothers, grandfathers and dads, and just in time for Fathers Day!

You will just need to bring along a piece lightweight cotton fabric (75 x 75cm, or 3/4 metre) and I will provide the rest of the materials. It needs to be lightweight cotton; nothing too heavy or embellished please.
*We will be sewing the tie on the bias (on a 45 º angle), so please bear this in mind when selecting your fabric, especially if it has a directional print.*
You will be doing some machine sewing and some hand sewing in this class.  Bring your own sewing machine if you have one.   You don’t need to be a pro on the sewing machine, so this is a great workshop for beginners.
